Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED (for some programs).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful clearance of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting, nutrition, and community activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative daily in a role where your ideas and dedication are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and enjoy events.
