Job summary

Merakey is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mullica Hill, NJ. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $18.13 and requires no prior experience as paid training will be provided. You will create lasting impacts in individuals' lives, assist with daily activities, and work closely under the supervision of the House Manager.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – Mullica Hill, NJ

Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Mullica Hill, NJ.

Pay Rate: $18.13 per hour.

Earn up to $17.61 per hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Schedule: Friday 3pm‑11pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am‑9pm.

No experience required—paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Our ideal DSP candidate will: create long‑term impacts on individuals’ lives, encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals, foster a true sense of pride in clients by teaching them daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry, and assist with daily and personal activities.

Work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager, who reviews results through living area observation, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; preferred candidates have their own transportation.
• Must have a verifiable high school diploma/G.E.D.
