Job summary

Pathways to Community seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily needs, administer medications, and help with cooking, housekeeping, and transportation to appointments and events. The role involves active supervision and may require participation in water activities.

Compensation ranges per location with benefits for full-time staff. Applicants should have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, reliable daily vehicle access, and a clean driving record, plus strong

Qualifications

• Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Hold an acceptable driving record.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.).
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Compensation: $16.00- $17.75 per hour depending on the location.

In this role you will be making a difference by:
