Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of direct care experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities and a valid driver's license. DSP 1/2 and RBT certifications must be completed within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services.
• Verifiable High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Dual Diagnose experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Complete DSP 1 and DSP 2 certification within 1 year of hire date.
• Complete an RBT certification within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavioral services.
• Follow individualized care plans and incident reporting procedures.
• Support with daily activities and supervision as required by the program.

Requirements
