Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Pennsylvania. Openings in homes and in the community, with some positions requiring a vehicle (reimbursed mileage).

Responsibilities include in-home and community supports, companionship, and community participation services to help people live full, connected lives. Paid training and supportive supervision are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, patient and coachable with a caring approach.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional is valued; training provided for new staff.
• Ability to work across multiple PA locations and adapt to different settings.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Multiple Locations Across PA

We're looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to join us in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities.

We have openings in multiple counties and settings - some in homes, some out in the community. Some positions require the use of your own vehicle (don't worry, we reimburse mileage). If you're driving, you'll need:

• A reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Up-to-date insurance, registration, and inspection

What You Might Be Doing:

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world.
• Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them.
