Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. in Coon Rapids is seeking caring, reliable part-time Direct Support Professionals to join our team.

You will assist with activities of daily living, administer medications, provide personal cares, help with meals, and support individuals to improve their quality of life and independence. We offer a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour, scheduled raises, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, education dollars, wellness rebates, and up to 3 weeks of PTO

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision.
• Caring attitude and desire to make a difference.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal cares.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor safety.
• Prepare meals and support mobility-impaired individuals.
• Support individuals to live as independently as possible.

We are seeking caring, reliable, motivated part time Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Coon Rapids.

Job Duties

As a DSP you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, personal cares, meal preparation, and any other necessary job duties to meet the needs and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve.
