Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Missouri. Earn $18.65 per hour and enjoy on-demand daily pay while helping individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives.

You’ll support daily living activities, assist with meals and personal care, and participate in community outings. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience).
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities
