Job summary

Angelic Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and/or adults with developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs in home and community settings.

We value hands-on experience with special needs care, patience, reliability, and the ability to follow individualized care plans. Flexible schedules include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other IDD.
• Patience, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building.
• Support community integration and social development.
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment.
• Document services and report client progress.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of person-centered care and behavioral support
• Patience, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements
