Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. in Arkansas is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our DDS Waiver services team.

This full-time role supports individuals in the community with compassionate, person-centered care and a focus on independence and safety. Reporting to the Direct Care Supervisor and Waiver Services Director, the DSP will assist with daily living tasks, community outings, and communication needs.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state ID or license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Patience, kindness, and understanding in interactions with individuals we support.

Description

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
