Job summary

Myers Davis Life Coaching Inc in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to participate in a team approach toward achieving the Community Based Services goals under the Arkansas DDS Waiver.

This part-time role offers 20-25 hours weekly with responsibilities including supporting consumers, promoting independence, assisting with daily living tasks, community outings, personal hygiene, and safe home environments.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid state license or ID
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with a flexible schedule that is 20-25 hours per week.
