Job summary

Myers Davis Life Coaching Inc in Arkansas is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team supporting individuals in Community Based Services under the DDS program. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts, 8:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-4:00pm, with a focus on person-centered care, safety, and promoting independence.

You will help individuals develop social and interpersonal skills, assist with outings, hygiene, meals, and communicate needs, while upholding patience, kindness,

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid state license or ID
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks
• Should exhibit characteristics such as patience, kindness, and understanding

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-4:00pm
