AHL Healthcare Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals for part-time roles in Buffalo, MN. We are seeking people who are patient, compassionate and dependable to help individuals with disabilities live fuller lives and enjoy meaningful activities.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour. Evening and overnight shifts are available: 2pm-10pm and 10pm-8am, with opportunities to grow through performance-based wage increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record.

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)

About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage in those programs.
