Available Shifts

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends (rotating or as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide verbal and/or physical prompts to support individuals in daily activities and promote independent living.
• Accurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain timely and detailed logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and local office staff to ensure quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience needed – we provide training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates may complete a literacy test.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
