This is a crisis group home which is a short‑term, highly supportive residential setting designed for children, teens, or adults who are experiencing an emotional, behavioral, or other crisis. The individuals we support in this setting are often highly behavioral, may be violent at times, display verbal aggression, and may elope. It is imperative that employees following our training, policies, and care plans to support individuals with these unique needs.
