PC Behavioral Health in Crookston, MN is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered care. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $15.75 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 4pm-11pm).

You will support daily living skills, personal care, meals, and medication assistance, following individual plans and documenting progress while promoting safety and community participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training provided.
• Crisis intervention training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals and recreation.
• Provide medication assistance and support community access.
• Support social skills and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow individualized support plans and document daily progress.
• Apply behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained.
