Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License (no more than 6 points).
• Background check (FBI/BCI) required.
• CPR and First Aid Training.
• 8hr DODD Training.
• Medication Administration Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per ISP.
• Assist with routine tasks, housekeeping, meals, and finances.
• Support client safety and respond to emergencies.
• Facilitate access to community activities and relationships.
• Coordinate medical appointments and medication administration as needed.
• Transport clients as required and attend agency meetings.
• Complete documentation per agency and client requirements.
