Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals with developmental challenges and behavioral needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement care plans.
