Lifetime Assistance is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Rochester, NY. This on-site role supports individuals with daily living activities, promotes independence, and helps with transportation when needed.

Starting wage is $21.55 per hour with a $0.75 weekend differential bringing it to $22.30/hour. The position offers full-time hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for training, advancement, and a strong, mission-driven culture.

• No prior experience required; candidates should be dependable, friendly, caring, and trustworthy.

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, household tasks).
• Support individuals in developing independence, self-help, and social skills.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified.
• Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
• Encourage community integration and participation in activities.
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
• Maintain positive communication with individuals, families, and colleagues.
• Complete required training and certifications.
