Job summary

Community Options, Inc is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Nashua, NH to provide person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth, with PAID training and flexible shifts.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time DSP staff and a $500 sign-on bonus for Part-Time staff. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• No experience required; PAID training provided.

Responsibilities

• Foster a meaningful relationship between individuals and their community.
• Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess needs.
• Assist with daily living and independence skills/personal care.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
• Assist with learning and development of community-based skills.
• Participate in community, social, and recreational activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Complete program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
