Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help clients achieve ISP goals while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including household tasks and personal goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
• Document progress and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities as needed.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation per regulations.
