• Ability to pass a background check with MN DHS.
• Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Reliable transportation insured in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal care and guidance to clients.
• Promote client independence through role modeling and ISP implementation.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plans.
• accompany clients on recreation and community activities.
• Track and chart daily client data per company requirements.
• Attend and engage in team meetings as needed.
