Chimes Delaware Brand is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Milton, DE. You will provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to promote dignity and independence.

Role includes personal care, adherence to care plans, and potential travel between residential and day programs. A high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license are required. Enjoy a benefits‑rich environment with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing and other daily living skills.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Use approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some DSP roles will require travel between Residential and Day programs.
