Qualificações

• English language: reading, writing, and speaking.
• Current and valid NYS driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with orientation and training of new staff in program plans and data collection.
• Act as a training mentor and monitor training progress of new employees.
• Maintain and update training packets and certifications (SCIP-r, CPR/First Aid).
• Attend medical/health appointments of residents as needed.
• Implement behavior support plans and SCIP-r consistently.
• Administer medications to residents.
• Complete required documentation in PrecisionCare and in writing when necessary.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and reviews.
