Job summary

Lifeworks Services – New Hope is seeking a Direct Support Professional I to advocate for and support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them build skills and access opportunities. The role is full-time or part-time, non-exempt, located at Lifeworks Services – New Hope.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a $17.50–$19.00 hourly wage, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus with milestones. PTO, holidays, and retirement plan details are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document individuals’ preferences, goals, and support needs as outlined in the SPA.
• Follow person-centered plans and provide opportunities for choice and independence.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; collaborate with the Team Lead to improve planning and support.
