Job summary

The Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our care team in Maryland. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges live with dignity, independence, and confidence in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Position details: full-time, Sun-Wed 7a-7p, $20.25/hour. We provide paid training, competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
