Job summary

Access Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in Harleysville, Hatfield, Lansdale, North Wales, and Telford. This role offers full-time and part-time options with 9AM–8PM weekday shifts and paid training for new DSPs.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and light housekeeping while engaging with the community to help individuals live independent, meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region where you serve.
• Provide supports as outlined in the care plan using approved interventions and safe crisis management.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
