Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care per each member’s plan.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment promoting independence.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and meal support.
• Implement strategies to develop daily living skills and community participation.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and healthcare professionals.
