Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities in their homes and community.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and the ability to support daily living and social skills in a community setting. As an independent contractor, you will help individuals achieve independence, participate in community life, and complete required training.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to complete background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
• Willing and able to drive individuals in a personal car throughout the community.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve daily living and social skills.
• Engages in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation.
• Maintains annual 24 hour training requirements.
