Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and willing to care for others’ well-being.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete required background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
• Willing and able to drive individuals in a personal car.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals to develop and maintain daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities to promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain annual 24 hour training requirements.
