All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Direct Support Professionals (IDD) to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Raleigh, NC. You will work in a home-like setting with a team that values dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals in home settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and mobility.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities and health status.
• Follow Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments as needed.
• Support individuals to engage in self-help activities.
