Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check.
• Driver's license with valid auto insurance.
• High school diploma/GED.
• DSP certification or equivalent; six months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks, including hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encourage self-help activities.
• Implements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plans.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments; complete required documentation.
