Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities across Delaware County, PA. You will support daily living skills, promote community participation, and help individuals achieve personalized goals.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to complete background checks.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and existing auto insurance.
• Must be willing and able to drive individuals in a personal car throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.
