Job summary

Sevita is seeking caregivers in Minnesota to assist participants with daily living, personal hygiene and skill development, helping them live more independently at home and in the community.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide compassionate support, guided by participant-centered plans and safety protocols. The role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing training to foster growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and help participants pursue independence.
• Support participants with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
