Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing and toileting, if needed.
• Support clients with general physical activity.
• Help clients with wheelchair and other mobility needs.
• Identify natural and community supports and assist clients in utilizing them.
• Support clients in developing and maintaining relationships.
• Assist in finding a roommate and housing, when needed.
• Submit accurate, complete, and legible billing and payroll documents in a timely manner.
• Provide on-call assistance to clients in the event of an illness or emergency, when needed.
