Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training completed or to be completed through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Implement and follow ISP plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Administer medication per guidelines.
• Support transportation to appointments and community events.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavior support plans.
