Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking compassionateDirect Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults with IDD to lead fulfilling lives in their homes and communities. You will provide daily living assistance, transportation, and support for social activities, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Attitude: patient, caring, and positive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with individuals with IDD.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with vehicle insurance & registration.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
