New Vista of the Bluegrass Inc invites applications for a Direct Support Professional/CNA/PCA/RBT at Bingham Gardens in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, on-site role with a rotating schedule including weekends, offering comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass drug and background screening (no felony, no pending court dates).
• Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive sufficient supports and services.
• Uphold safety, welfare, and rights of residents with respect and dignity.
• Understand and implement behavioral programs.
• Assist residents in learning new skills and daily living activities.
• Assist with cooking, meals, and snacks.
• Help residents with clothing, grooming and dressing.
• Facilitate community activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain confidential documentation throughout the day.
