Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills.
• No experience required but preferred with disabilities.
• Must have NYS driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently in home/community.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with activities and hobbies in community.
• Support socialization and independence training.
• Help with driving and transporting to activities.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and document progress.
