Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, patient care, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of those they support.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and support in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Monitor clients' health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
• Assist with medication administration as required, following HIPAA guidelines.
• Engage clients in social activities and community integration to promote independence and social skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of assistive devices like Hoyer Lifts when necessary.
• Document client progress and any incidents accurately in compliance with organizational policies.
