Gateway CSB seeks a part-time instructional assistant to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Liberty IDD Clubhouse, Hinesville, GA. You will help with educational activities, daily living tasks, and transportation support in a supervised setting.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement plans. A High School Diploma or GED and a Georgia driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of state, local, and federal regulations affecting developmental disability services.
• Ability to observe, monitor, and document participant progress and behavior.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug testing required.

• Assist instructors with educational and functional training activities.
• Support personal care and daily living activities for individuals served.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain learning areas.
