Job summary

Paycom in Hinesville, GA seeks a dedicated instructional aide to assist in educational and functional training programs for consumers/students at Liberty IDD Clubhouse. You will prepare instructional materials, monitor learning environment, and support transportation and meal activities as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid GA driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.

Job Location: Liberty IDD Clubhouse - Hinesville, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School / GED, Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50Hourly, Job Shift: Morning, Job Summary: Under close supervision, assists an instructor/teacher with providing comprehensive educational, functional training and/or program to consumers/students. Prepares instructional materials and maintains order and cleanliness in the learning environment. Uses observational skills to remain aware of changes in the behavior and physical condition of consumers/students. May assist with meal preparation, field trips, transportation and other activities. May serve on committees.

• Assists instructor in maintaining an effective learning environment.
