Empowering People's Independence in Rochester, NY seeks a compassionate staff member to support a 22-year-old female with brain injury and other neurological disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, social and community skills, and independent living goals, acting as an advocate for rights and benefits.

Shift schedule includes Friday evenings and four hours Saturday, per diem. Pay is $20–$25/hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year in human services preferred.
• Must have valid New York State driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must complete required trainings within 90 days of hire and maintain current certifications.

Mansioni

• Assist a 22-year-old female with activities of daily living, social skills, recreation skills, community skills, and independent living goals.
• Advocate for rights and benefits and support engagement in hobbies and community activities.
