Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact. The role supports children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities, with paid training and structured career pathways.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.50 per hour, starting part-time (15–20 hours/week) and potential to move to full-time based on needs and availability. Locations include Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura and Simi Valley, with mileage reimbursement for clients over 20

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
A genuine love for working with people.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Be a Hero of Daily Life – Help kids, teens and adults with daily activities, at home and in the community.
Teach & Inspire – Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills.
