ELEVATE CCBHC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to oversee clients in an Intensive Residential Support Home. The role includes helping with daily living activities, meal preparation, and promoting community involvement.
The DSP may administer medications and will work across all shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience with mental illness or co-occurring conditions.

The direct support professional is responsible for the daily support and oversight of clients living in the Intensive Residential Support Home. The DSP provides care for individuals living with disability and/or mental health illness by providing support and assisting with daily activities in their homes. This will include working on identified goals such as meal cooking and preparation, personal cares, promoting community involvement, social skills etc. The DSP will be responsible for administering medications during the shift needed. The home operates 24 hours a day. DSP’s will be scheduled over all shifts to ensure coverage.
Eligible DSP staff may receive an additional $1.50 per hour for all hours worked within a payroll period when the following criteria are met.

If any of the above conditions are not met during the payroll period, the attendance incentive will not apply for that payroll cycle.
