CHI Friendship is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Fargo, ND to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives and reach their goals. You will assist with daily living activities, follow support plans, document progress, and promote community integration while maintaining safety.

Strong communication, patience and empathy are essential.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of work experience preferred.
• ND Driver's License required at hire.
• Auto Insurance required at hire.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and implement support plans; document progress.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment and communicate with families and care teams.
• Administer medications and complete treatments per MAR; monitor health needs.
