Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and help them grow.
Support participants in pursuing personal goals, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Encourage participation in community activities and daily routines.
