Job summary

Sevita is hiring caregivers in Minnesota to provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, help participants stay connected to their community, and support personal goals in a compassionate team environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, competitive pay at $15.75/hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and a robust benefits package including a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals and participate in community activities, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
