Sevita seeks a compassionate caregiver to join Mentor Community Services in Florida. This full-time role offers a morning shift with pay at $16 per hour and the opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings.

You will assist with daily living, help participants engage in activities they enjoy, and support goals in budgeting, nutrition, and exercise. A high school diploma and at least six months in human services are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and help them participate in community activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
