Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in community-based settings. The role involves personal support, community participation, and promoting independence.

You’ll work in Indiana with a competitive pay rate, full benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for development. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle are required.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: 15.75/HR

Candidates must have the following: A current, valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of car insurance.
