Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a dedicated caregiver for full-time shifts in the Dayton area. The role requires weekend work, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation. Shifts include 4p-8p Mon, Tue; 8a-1p and 4p-8p Wed, Fri, with every-other weekend.

You’ll support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement while helping them reach personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required.
• Age Requirement: Minimum 18yrs of age
• Experience: Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred

Hire wage is $17 hourly

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.

Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.

Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled

Full Time

4p-8p Monday, Tuesday , with 8a-1p and return for 4p-8p Wednesday, Friday, every other weekend
